We collect and store only the information that you specifically enter into the NeManager website, apart from your IP address which is automatically logged.
We only use your personal information to enable you to use the services that NeManager offer. We do not use your email address for spam purposes, and we will only contact you when an important notification from us is required.
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small files that websites save to your computer when you visit and navigate through their websites. They are widely and commonly used to make websites function properly and to make them function more efficiently, as well as to provide different types of information to the website owners.
NeManager only stores login hashes in cookies, only if the "Remember me" checkbox during login is checked.
All information entered that are stored on the NeManager servers is encrypted, and the data has restricted access only to our highly trained system administrators.
Your personal information is never disclosed to the outer public, and is only viewable by our support team when you have opened a support ticket. We never disclose or sell your personal information to third party companies, however the management of NeManager may request to view your account data under circumstances that we feel appropriate.
Opening a chargeback or other dispute gives us full permission to disable and delete your NeManager account without prior notification. If NeManager does not correctly function for you, due to an error on our behalf, then you will be liable for a 100% refund within 7 days of the original purchase date after a clear and valid description of the error you are having. Not understanding how to use NeManager is not a valid reason for a refund.
